We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join our team based in Canberra. This role is a great opportunity to work directly with our delivery team across our Defence consulting teams. This role will provide training and support to start your career within Operations Administration.

What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Establishing strong stakeholder relationships with clients.
- Support with generating proposals and contracts across the team.
- Setting up and maintaining account profiles.
- Processing travel claims timely and proficiently.
- Managing timesheet inquiries and account administration. Preparing invoices for clients and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in administration or a similar role.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Competent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Utilisation of administrative tools for recording, tracking, managing, and maintaining records.
- Great stakeholder skills with a proactive approach and keen to learn. Good organisational and time management skills.
