Job Responsibilities
About the role

DIDO to Site
Full Time Permanent Position
Roles & responsibilities not limited to:
- Enter hazards into In Control® for Surface and Underground divisions.
- Enter training records into Chris21 for the Surface and Underground divisions.
- Upload training records to Success Factors and Corporate Drives.
- Compile summary reports for various HSEQT information.
- Preparation of reports, papers, presentation material and information as required.
- Prepare agendas, gather information and generate reports in preparation for meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSEQT team.
- Planning and organisation of travel, meetings and general organisation of the Group HSEQT team.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and support papers as required.
- Preparation of training material, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) forecast meetings and scheduling.
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external conferences and training as required.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in HSEQT/Mining Administration or similar.
- Proven time management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to self-manage and work independently.
- Current C Class Manual Drivers Licence
