Job Responsibilities
About the roster & site
Mon-Fri 5:2 Roster
Drive in Monday AM, drive out Friday PM
Camp accommodation and meals provided
About the role
- Assist all departments with data entry as required
- Monitor project invoice reconciliation and receipting requirements
- Carry out Routine and EOM Reporting for multiple departments: Production, Maintenance, Commercial, Engineering and Administration
- Arrange all corporate travel for the project
- Maintain Employee Handbook and Contact Lists for the project
- Assist with role coverage for administration teams when required
- Manage site stationery, PPE and office consumable stocks
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
