About the Role
As a Program Lead in our ANZ Academy Program Team, you will have ownership for the ongoing operational run and continuous improvement of the ANZ Academy program, leading an operations and facilitation team.
The ANZ Academy is an enterprise-wide learning program with a vision to deliver impactful and consistent capability development offerings at scale, designed to build knowledge, skills and confidence aligned to our critical capability areas of focus at ANZ.

Role Type: 12 months Fixed-term
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end program delivery with oversight on implementation and run, success metrics, stakeholder management and program comms, program enhancements
Leading the ongoing program iteration and evolution process, with a lens of simplifying and enhancing the learner experience
Managing the program team across core functions of the program that include operations, facilitation, and communications. This includes recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, performance management and coaching.
Managing key internal and external governance and reference groups including executive sponsors, subject matter experts, and collaborators including sourcing, engaging, scheduling, reporting, preparing and providing feedback.
Partnering cross-functionally to ensure overall program continues to align with current business needs and make recommendations and design amendments where appropriate.
Management of Program budget.
Producing regular program reports and briefings to T&C and other key stakeholders on program performance against metrics with an aim to consistently demonstrate ROI.
Managing and prioritising the work of the program team, navigating a variety of stakeholder needs, to ensure value delivered across core program priorities in line with the capacity of the team.
Partnering with colleagues within Culture and Talent Development to ensure positioning and messaging for program offering remains relevant and engaging.
Communicating issues and trends regarding program delivery and recommending and/or facilitating effective resolutions of issues.
Partnering with learning delivery and analytics teams to ensure appropriate mechanisms are developed, in place and evolved to assess impact and effectiveness of program and make updates as necessary.
Remaining up-to-date on new developments, methods and techniques in the leadership and learning and development field and making on-going design recommendations accordingly.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Bachelor degree in either Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or Education or the equivalent in significant relevant business experience
Significant Organisational Development experience – thought leadership in best practice learning and leadership development
Demonstrated practical experience in managing leadership and/or learning initiatives in large, complex organisations, including digital pathways and programs
Strong commercial acumen
Demonstrated project management and execution experience at scale
Strong consulting skills
Deep change management experience
Experience in and credibility to successfully influence senior stakeholders
Experience in coaching
