Amazing opportunity to join our progressive leadership team at Mercy Hospital for Women, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Our antenatal / postnatal unit consists of 58 beds.

Permanent full time position, EFT negotiable
Exposure to a wide variety of clinical scenarios
Future opportunities to work across the scope of Midwifery practice
Extensive ongoing educational opportunities including free workshops and seminars (e.g., RANZCOG, PROMPT, neo Resus)
Requires work across all rostered shifts (including night duty)
Salary is in line with the Enterprise Agreement and will be based on your years of experience

ABOUT YOU:

You will have sound clinical skills, good time management and organisational skills and have;

Motivated and passionate about supporting team members to provide safe women centred care
Registration as a Midwife with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Level 3 RANZCOG or working towards
Credentialed to IV cannulation and preform Discharge Examination of the Newborn
