Australian Account Manager

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our digital marketing and lead generation clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and ensure they achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Work with clients to understand their goals and translate these into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring clients see a clear ROI.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients to keep them informed of progress and results.
- Proven Experience in account management with a strong background in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in advanced digital marketing tactics and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in You Tube Ads management
- Clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Understanding clients’ perspectives and building strong relationships.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Initially, the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. The hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability.
