• Provide a transport booking service for all allocated vehicles as instructed
• Plan day to day operational transport activities as required
• Plan schedule fleet vehicles to support training activities
• Work closely with customer and attend meetings as required
• Lead fleet office team and ensure customers transport, training and stores needs are met
• Use and operate transport and maintenance management systems
• Complete all relevant documentation and enter data
• Transport of personnel, including taxi/shuttles, school bus runs and ceremonial occasions
• Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state
• Operate and manage Ventia’s fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles
• Compile and report on operation outcomes

• Must hold a Heavy Rigid license or Heavy Combination Licence
• Computer literacy is essential
• Experience in loading and unloading of cargo and good
• Ability to interact effectively with technical staff, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Hold a Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation or be willing to obtain

• Full-time, permanent role offering $32.62 per hour
• Family friendly hours (Monday – Friday)
• Additional on the job training will be provided, where required.
• Guaranteed 2 weeks Christmas shutdown
