Position: Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BAS reports
- Processing payroll and superannuation payments
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Data entry and payment of supplier invoices
- Preparation of payroll tax monthly
- Annual reconciliation of wages, superannuation, and payroll tax
- Preparation of monthly Management Reports
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand and apply knowledge of specific client business environments
- Ensure accuracy and detail orientation in all tasks
- Proven experience in bookkeeping
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Diploma in Accounting (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks Online, MYOB, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
- Australia (Preferred)
