About the Role
As our Part-Time Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in managing our financial records, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting our team with essential bookkeeping functions. If you're someone who loves details, enjoys a collaborative work environment, and has a knack for keeping finances in perfect order, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Process invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare basic financial reports for monthly reviews
• Assist with payroll and BAS preparation
• Support with accounts payable and receivable management

About You

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• A genuine interest in our mission at Gina's Table to create high-quality, sustainable food products

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• MYOB: 1 year (Preferred)
• Xero: 1 year (Preferred)
