We are seeking a highly organised, detail-orientated and enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, accounts payable and receivable as well as providing essential administrative support as required.

About you:
· Must hold a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or similar
· Must have experience working as a bookkeeper
· Must have extensive experience in XERO
· Must be highly organised with an attention to detail
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
· Must have strong communication an interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
· Payroll/PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation
· Bank Reconciliation and End of Month
· Processing invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner
· Provision of Financial Reports as required
· Debtors and Creditors/ Data Entry
· Preparation of BAS and IAS as required
· Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
Work Hours:
· Part-time position- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
· Lake Coogee, Perth WA 6166.
· Hourly rate $40.00.
