About the Position
Reporting to the Technology One Transformation and Support Lead, the Business Systems Analyst will be experienced in systems administration and support with experience through the full system life cycle i.e., business requirements, system design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, testing and cut over. This role also provides support in investigation and resolution of issues and the provision of specialist advice to end users. You will need excellent interpersonal skills as this role requires interaction with stakeholders and collaborative working practices to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop business cases, project briefs, and implementation plans for system enhancements and ICT projects.
- System Administration: Liaise with software vendors, administer day-to-day operations, and leverage new system features.
- System Enhancements: Identify business requirements, develop functional requirements, and oversee user acceptance testing.
- Support Services: Provide expert advice, manage system integrations, and conduct system training for users.

Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Business System Analysis, Support, and Development.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong business process analysis and re-engineering skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Technology One ERP solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders.

To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability to obtain:
- a copy of Australian driving licence
- national Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
