Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar Chef role, preferably within high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in a related field.
- Proven expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Ability to manage and maintain kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a diverse kitchen environment. Leadership experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating tasks is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure the timely preparation and service of meals during peak periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Full-time positions offering an annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications) plus 11.5% superannuation.
