Responsibilities:
1. Planning recipes and menus
2. Ordering food ingredients and maintaining inventory
3. Preparing daily food
4. Cooking food, including to meet dietary requirements
5. Monitoring the food production process, including checking the presentation of food before serving
6. Supervising kitchen operations and maintaining quality standards
7. Stock control and attention to appropriate storage of fresh and dry goods and ingredients.
8. Handling kitchen-related issues effectively
Skills and Experience:

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Diploma of Hospitality Management
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and application of OH&S requirements and instructions
