Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Chef at Lamaro's Hotel, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills while contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes that delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
