• Prepare and cook all menu items, including Italian breakfast dishes, house-made pastas, woodfired Neapolitan pizzas, artisan focaccia bread, and classic Italian desserts.
• Create and present dishes according to our restaurant's high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage the preparation and cooking of Italian pastas using fresh, in-house pasta dough made from premium Italian flour, eggs, and semolina.
• Oversee the preparation and baking of Neapolitan-style pizzas, including red (tomato base) and white (no tomato base) pizzas, with ingredients such as Fior di Latte mozzarella, prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, Grana Padano, cold cuts, grilled vegetables etc.
• Create Italian-inspired breakfast and brunch items, on our home-made focaccia,and traditional Italian pastries.

To be successful you will bring:
· Minimum 3 years experience

· Food Safety standards certificate
