Kintaro Sushi is seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Chef to join our team. We are committed to providing an authentic Japanese dining experience, focusing on fresh ingredients and high-quality sushi and sashimi. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and other traditional menu items.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet Kintaro Sushi’s standards for quality and authenticity.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menu items.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is preferred.
