The role
Crown Sydney is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our esteemed kitchens as a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis. We currently have opportunities available in the below venues:

• Epicurean
• Cir Q

In this role, you will support the senior chefs in implementing, developing, and maintaining culinary procedures and overall business goals. You will oversee a kitchen section with direct reports to ensure operations are run to the highest standard and aligned with Crown's core values. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
• Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards.
• Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

About you

• Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments – highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
• Self-motivated and adaptable
