CHEF
Full-time Position
The position of Chef at Daiwo Shiki requires a highly skilled professional with extensive knowledge of international cuisines, particularly specialising in authentic Japanese, other Asian and fusion dishes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Require Recognised Trade qualifications - Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality Management.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year experience is required as a Chef specialising in Asian and fushioncuisine.
SKILLS
Culinary Expertise:
* In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
* Mastery of food preparation and presentation, with a focus on quality and consistency.
* Expertise in developing and executing diverse, creative menus, including special dietary options.
* Innovation in creating new recipes and refining existing ones.
* Managing kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and supplies.
SALARY
$75,000 per annum
