Key Requirements:

• Cuisine Specialty: Expertise in Indo-Chinese dishes, flavors, and presentation
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Certification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with strong kitchen skills and management knowledge
• Skills:
• Proficient in ingredient preparation, flavor balance, and traditional Indo-Chinese techniques
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, including food prep, inventory, and safety standards
• Ability to lead, motivate, and work within a team environment
