- Commis Chef
- Commis Chef - Pastry

- Full time permanent, live on island position

- Guide the next generation of culinary stars to reach their potential
- Must have successfully completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a genuine passion for food
- Relevant years of experience to be considered for senior roles
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
