Check out this fantastic Childcare Trainee opportunity with Wollondilly Shire Council. This is a great opportunity for trainees who are passionate about early childhood education and are looking to start their career in childcare.
As part of the 18 month traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with children aged 0-12 years old
- Assisting with child observations
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Help children with hygiene duties including nappy changes, washing hands, etc.
- Prepare food and general cleaning duties.
- Arrange play based learning activities.
- Prepare lesson plans.
- Update parents about their children's progress.
Current NSW Working with Children's Check is required.
