We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Service team at Mercer. This role will be based in Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office and is offered on a 12-month, fixed term contract.

As the Senior Client Service Officer, you will act as a critical link between our clients and financial advisors, managing a variety of client service tasks to ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining compliance standards.

We will count on you to:

• Prepare Wealthsolver and Projections.
• Support advisers in the completion of paraplanning requests, Advice Documents (Ro A’s), and File Notes.
• Serve as a contact for client inquiries and service needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Prepare and process financial planning documents, applications, and client reviews.
• Manage client schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Handle compliance requirements, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years in a financial planning, wealth management, or client service role.
• Proficient in Xplan, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
• RG146 compliant
