About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care as a Caseload Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) team leader for women and babies with a variety of conditions and support a safe care environment through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence based woman and baby focused care, education, leadership and portfolio management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Apply advanced clinical midwifery expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of woman and baby centred care.
• Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
• Practise collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
