About the role:
The Clinical Nurse will be accountable for the coordination of clinical practices at the advanced level. They will provide leadership and support to the nursing and medical staff who will strive to delivery high standards of competent, best practice quality nursing care, while working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

About you:

• Mandatory qualification/s: The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate is essential.
• Upcoming graduates awaiting conferral of qualifications and registration will be considered for this role.
• Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, Emergency Nursing experience, Triage and Advanced Life Support qualifications highly desirable. Desirable to have post-graduate qualifications in the clinical area of expertise.
• Ability to provide clinical nursing leadership in a multidisciplinary environment and demonstrate sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory.
• Experience in the provision of a safe and quality focused environment by ensuring safe work practices, reviewing clinical outcomes, developing a quality improvement plan and applying the risk management framework.
• Well-developed clinical knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills in a high-quality client-orientated health service delivery model.

What we offer:Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $131,900 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading
