Make an impact at Serco
As a Clinical Recruitment and Credentialing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance within our healthcare services. Reporting to the Clinical Credentialing and Compliance Manager, you'll manage the credentialing process, conduct interviews for new staff, and support ongoing compliance for existing employees. You will also assist in educational and training needs.
As a key member of the Health Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Undertaking clinical credentialing of new applicants using Serco’s My Cred tool.
- Conducting clinical interviews and reviewing reference reports.
- Supporting secondary role credentialing processes to ensure compliance.
- Providing clinical guidance to the recruitment team on credentialing standards.
- Acting as a key resource to ensure all positions remain up to date and compliant.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related healthcare field.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- At least 4 years post-graduate experience in a healthcare setting.
- Recent experience in clinical recruitment and credentialing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
