The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Full-Time Commis Chef / Demi Chef at our site in Jindabyne. Working with a close nit team you will be responsible for creating meals for the boarding and retail community at the school.

Roster: Monday to Friday 7.00AM - 3.00PM

What This Role Involves:
Assist in the preparation and service of the meals ensuring they are nutritious and fresh including bulk cooking
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks
Delivering excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
Previous experience in school catering (desirable)
Possessing a valid driver's license and having access to a car (Mandatory)
