- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and provide advice to QPS employees and senior management on contemporary conflict coaching and dispute resolution strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Actively participate in management of informal dispute resolution processes including conflict coaching and mediation processes to assist in resolving workplace conflict.
- Provide advisory and consultation services to employees and supervisors on workplace behaviours, including bullying, sexual harassment, and unlawful discrimination.
- Participate in the facilitation and delivery of training programs and information sessions to groups of employees and managers.
- Maintain the units record management and reporting systems in accordance with relevant standards and produce analysis/data as required.
- Develop marketing and promotional materials relevant to the roles, responsibilities, activities of the Conflict Management Services.
