Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in promotional activities and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a supportive work environment.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A passion for sales and customer service, with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

Pay: $27.38 – $36.12 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
