Contracts Administrator

It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.
Your duties would include
- Developing, reviewing, evaluating project contracts and variations
- Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
- Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects and services
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
You will need:
- A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of “hands on” experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Very detail orientated
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Proven commercial acumen
- Excellent time management
You will be paid $72,000- $80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications
