Apply to join our Catering team, a vibrant group delivering excellence in guest services on our iconic harbour cruises. Our team work on our renowned Sydney Harbour vessels including The Jackson, Starship Sydney and Sydney 2000.


About the roles
Under the guidance of the Chef, the Cook is an integral position in our catering operations.. They will be responsible for the cleaning and basic food preparation duties within the kitchen and maintain strict hygiene and safety procedures. Successful candidates will be thoroughly familiar with all safety equipment and how to deal with an emergency.


About you


To be successful you must:

• Be available to work on a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be committed to ensuring a clean hygienic kitchen
• Ability to perform autonomously
• Have a sound knowledge in food safety
• Attention to detail in preparation & food presentation

These key requirements will be appreciated with experience and skills in the following areas:

• Food Safety Handling Certificate - Essential
• Certificate Qualification in Commercial Cookery – Desirable
• Experience in food provision services – Desirable
