Coordinator, Teaching & Learning Support (HSC)

Under the broad direction of the Director, Health, Sciences & Community, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Teaching and Learning Support team focused on the HSC Department with key functions which include coordination of team workloads, supporting the complaints management process, monitoring and analysing reports and the continuous improvement process.
This position will also serve as a key point of contact liaising with staff across the University, particularly within Student Administration and Library Services.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment.
- High-level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and display thoroughness, attention to detail, and with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement, review, simplify, streamline, and implement client focused solutions in line with organisational policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills, the ability to work with all levels of an organisation, build trust, foster innovation, work collaboratively as part of a team, and independently as required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to independently relate existing policy to complex issues and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Completion of a degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
