About your new Role
In this role you will report directly to our National Fleet Sales Manager and be based in our Essendon Fields office. Within this portfolio you will cover corporate and government accounts for Volkswagen Passenger and Commercial Vehicles, Skoda and CUPRA across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia for a diverse range of tasks such as acquiring new and maintaining ongoing business with Fleet clients.

About your new Role

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and identify potential corporate clients and contribute to the development of fleet business
- Maintain and evolve relationships with existing Fleet clients and Fleet Management Organisations
- Partner with dealers to identify and approach Corporate fleet prospects, with a focus on the Corporate Australia
- Ensure technical support is maintained by utilising relevant VGA departments in relation to parts related problems, product requirements and technical matters for Corporate Accounts Maintain accurate and up to date customer database in Salesforce
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Strong understanding of fleet industry and experience within dealer operations
- Proven experience in business development, account management and/or relationship management
- Logical and practical approach to problem solving and decision making
- Highly developed communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, action oriented and results focussed
- High attention to detail and time management skills
