About the role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by;
- Providing timely solutions via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Collaborating with operations for seamless customer experiences.
- Handling inquiries, quotes, escalations, and equipment breakdown support.
- Managing details, schedules, and building strong customer relationships.
- You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a family-oriented company that values growth and innovation.
- Customer service experience, including digital, phone, and email.
- Dedication to exceptional service and strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in communication, MS Office tools, and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking.
- Motivated to excel in a phone-based role, with administrative expertise.
- Available to work weekends (the role has staggered shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and early and late shifts).
