Client Service Manager - One year contract

This role reports to the Operations Head and requires prior successful experience in management or supervision, ideally within the cleaning or facilities sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to clients according to established scopes of work, ensuring that all services consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
· Building personal and professional credibility with client representatives, contractors, and frontline staff.
· Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
· Experience in management roles within the cleaning industry.
· Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with cleaning specifications for various sites.
· Skill in identifying customer needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily management and operations of the sites, including regular inspections, ensuring contract performance, adherence to relevant KPIs, handling complaints, and addressing any related issues.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and strengthening long-term relationships.
· Liaise with customers, management team to better understand their needs and
recommend appropriate solutions
· Manage attendance across various worksites, ensuring appropriate coverage when a cleaner is absent.
· Hands on approach
· Provide training and support for new and existing contractors / cleaners, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
· Monitor and report on the performance of contracted services, as per the scope and ensuring compliance with the company’s operating systems.
