Customer Service Representative

Seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a team at a busy trade centre in Auburn. Specialising in HVAC products, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and assistance with product inquiries, sales, and support.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Temp-Perm
  • Day Shift Monday - Friday
  • Growth opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases
  • Provide product information and advice
  • Handle sales transactions and process payments
  • Assist with stock management and replenishment
  • Picking and packing goods for dispatch
  • General warehousing duties as required
SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (wholesale / retail)
  • A customer-first attitude
  • Forklift license (highly desirable)
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:
  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Forklift Licence (Preferred)

  • Australia (Preferred)
