Your opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Services Team Leader to join our team at Westfield Bondi Junction. In this role, you will help manage our Valet and Concierge services, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Working closely with the Services Supervisor, you will be a key part of our customer service efforts, supporting our commitment to quality in a dynamic environment. If you are enthusiastic about providing great service and leading a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Lead by example, ensuring a customer-first approach and consistently driving NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.
Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels within the service areas by ensuring processes, training and standards are managed.
Be empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
Assisting customers to ensure that every moment matters.
Provide leadership in all service areas including Customer Experience Desk, Valet, and Carpark.

A full driver’s license is required for the valet responsibilities.
Ideally, you have proven leadership experience in a customer service environment.
You possess the right mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
You demonstrate agility and the ability to work independently.

This part-time Team Leader role offers 30 hours per week across 4 days, with a rotating roster over two weeks: Wednesday to Saturday in the first week, and Thursday to Sunday in the second week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
