Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Team Members. In this role, you will be the face of Glenny Kebabs, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that they have a memorable experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and answering questions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Glenny Kebabs’ quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, and service stations.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not essential; we welcome passionate learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
