About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Experience Leader to join our Customer Service team. This role will be responsible for the design, establishment and management of best-in-class customer experience strategies. As an advocate for our customers the Customer Experience Leader will play a strategic role in shaping policies, aligning cross-functional teams, and ultimately, championing a customer-centric culture within Bega Group.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives

Design and oversee customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms including NPS and CSAT
-
Analysis of customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
-
Optimise Customer Journeys by streamlining customer touchpoints and workflows to improve efficiency and remove pain points, including end-to-end journey mapping

Development of a customer change impact assessment process at both an initiative and wholistic customer impact view
About you
-
Customer at the heart - Understanding of customers and sales teams needs and motivations
-
Has the ability to build commercially focused strategies and effectively plan, execute and measure outcomes
-
Business Acumen and Analysis – Proactively can analyse and develop insights into action plans which deliver results.

Has the ability to influence and engage key customers and peers
-
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role within Customer Service who can lead, coach, inspire and motivate the team and peers to achieve
