Tell me about this role:

Jacobs are on the hunt for a Cyber Security Engineer to provide a broad range of advisory and engineering services covering security strategy and accreditation. The successful candidate will possess a technical background to lead development of engineering security artefacts.

What will I be doing day to day?

• Lead development of engineering artefacts, in-line with Defence engineering processes and requirements
• Development of various cyber and security products including but not limited to Security Plan, Security Risk Management Plan, Incident Response Plan, Security Operating Procedures
• Provide support for enhancement of Space Domain system architecture
• Provide cyber security engineering support and advice to various Defence space systems domains
• Build relationships with key decision makers to identify areas for security improvements

What sort of skills do I need?

• Tertiary qualifications and experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related qualification
• Demonstrated ICT Security Professional experience in developing Defence Cyber Security artefacts
• Demonstrated knowledge of security standards and frameworks including ISM, DSPF, PSPF
• Proven Acquisition Systems Engineering experience
• Be an Australian citizen and an NV2 security clearance as a minimum
