Data Science Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Science Manager at Findex! With a strong background in software development, Dev Ops, and Azure cloud platform, the ideal candidate will lead development teams, manage client-facing engagements, and work closely with internal teams to optimize data pipelines.
This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position for someone based in Melbourne or Sydney.
What will your typical week look like?
- Lead and integrate the data science and development teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Manage client relationships by identifying opportunities and translating needs into data strategies.
- Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and Dev Ops teams, leveraging tools like Azure Data Factory to support and enhance products. Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and quality.
