Delivery Driver - Permanent

Duties and Requirements of the role:
- Local multi-drop deliveries.
- The safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
- Manage the loading & unloading of all outgoing goods.
- Quality Assurance and Accuracy of receipting and dispatching goods.
- Light vehicle maintenance (cleaning/washing, refuelling etc.).
- Able to show initiative and work unsupervised.
- Be Autonomous with daily activities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a current MR/HR licence.
- A demonstrated ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
- Available to work extra hours during busy periods.
- Knowledge of Melbourne roads.
- No medical limitations in regard to physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations.
- A company van with an automatic transmission will be provided for the carrying out of deliveries/work duties.
- Training and other assistance will also be provided to help familiarise you with the delivery run and our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
- Coburg North, VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
