We are looking for a dynamic Digital Connections Strategist to join our innovative in-house agency, 1house to lead the charge in enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll play a vital role in creating meaningful connections with our audience by driving impactful strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. Your expertise will contribute to a consumer-centric approach that aligns our brand's objectives with cutting-edge digital and media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute consumer connection strategies that amplify brand awareness, engagement, and drive commercial results across all digital channels.
Lead a team of integrated marketing specialists to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that address consumer needs and leverage data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Data & Technology teams to optimise audience targeting and personalisation strategies, enhancing CRM and digital product ecosystems.
Partner with external creative and media agencies to drive a unified approach across customer journeys, media ecosystems, and digital programs.
Provide strategic input into measurement frameworks and KPIs, maximising ROI and driving digital marketing performance through test-and-learn initiatives.
Stay at the forefront of digital and media trends, offering thought leadership and championing innovative solutions that enhance the consumer journey.

About You

8+ years of experience in media strategy with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes and performance.
Deep expertise in campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned media, with strong knowledge of Mar Tech platforms and audience segmentation techniques.
Proven skills in data analytics, consumer strategy, and the use of tools such as Salesforce, CDP, and Google Business Manager.
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively.
A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt to change, manage multiple projects, and foster relationships with both internal and external partners.
A creative problem-solver with a consumer-centric mindset and a commitment to innovation.
