Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a talented and versatile digital marketer with a passion for strategy, campaign execution, and account management? We’re a brand-new digital marketing agency based out of Adelaide, South Australia, and we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help us bring impactful results to our clients. This is a part-time or contract role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who thrives in a remote work setting and is driven to deliver exceptional marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the founder to develop innovative, results-driven media plans across channels like social media, PPC, email, SEO, and content marketing. Use your expertise to craft targeted campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including ad setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines, and maximizing ROI for client campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Prepare clear, actionable reports that help clients understand results and areas of opportunity.
- Market & Trend Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Identify new opportunities for clients and the agency to stay competitive in the digital landscape.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, preferably within an agency or freelance setting. Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, SEO, content, email) is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop targeted, creative campaigns that align with client business goals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and any other platforms that drive results for client accounts.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate insights, expectations, and outcomes with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability & Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple accounts with a focus on accountability, reliability, and quality.

Job Types: Part-time, Graduate
Pay: $22.65 – $32.08 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
