We are currently seeking a Dispatch Assistant to support all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful applicant will be a hands-on employee contributing to efficient day-to-day running processes including inventory, distribution, customer service and supervision of staff to ensure high productivity and safety levels.
Responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service - Respond to all customer enquires/requests and provide ongoing customer care
• Process daily work orders for all customers
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, loading and timely dispatch of orders and goods
• Loading and unloading of pallets from trucks/containers
• Stock receipt & put away
• Pick and Pack Processing
• Invoicing

Requirements for this role:

• Intermediate to advanced Excel & MS Office skills
• Current Forklift License
• Knowledge of current WHS legislation and practices
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail is vital and priding yourself in delivering excellent customer service is essential. As you will be working as part of a team it is important that you have good interpersonal skills.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
