About the Role

• Attend to presenting patients, family members, general public, police and ambulance by directing to appropriate treatment or assistance.
• Respond to general reception enquiries for the department by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
• Perform a support role to medical and nursing staff within the department by assisting with the preparation and completion of a range of administrative duties.
• Conduct patient interview to verify information and financial details to complete the Patient Election Form (PEF) process.
