• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in MYOB
• Experience in marketing & minor website adjustments
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Face to face meeting once a fortnight
• Remote location needs to be within approx 60 minutes from Sydney CBD
• Minimum 4 years experience working from home
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports & presentations with high attention to detail
• Create marketing collateral for new projects that may include website, signage, brochures, flyers & online marketing
• Fast pace & dynamic business
• Professional & excelent coommunication skills & the ability to bring new ideas to the Executive assistant role
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills & outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to details
• Multi task effectively
• Competence in managing deadlines
