About the Department:

Your Role:

• Provide quality administrative, human resources and financial services within the division.
• Work collegially as a team for the delivery of administrative and corporate support functions with other Executive Assistants across the departmental offices, both centrally and regionally located.

The Executive Assistant reports to the Director or as otherwise determined.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide high level confidential executive support (administrative, secretarial and financial) to the Senior Principal.
• Manage Senior Principal's schedule, travel and coordinate requests for briefing notes, correspondence and meetings.
• Coordinate and assist with projects and work tasks ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and achievement of project and work goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in current processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of work, projects and initiatives.
