We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director in Australia and New Zealand. The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director and wider office team. This role involves the following key responsibilities: - Extensive Administrative Support to the Managing Director, including Diary Management and coordination of meetings and appointments - Facilitating Relationship management with key stakeholders both internally and externally - Assisting with the preparation of presentations, letters and reports for the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team - Document preparation including editing, proofreading and formatting - Coordinating schedules and programs for visiting executives and guests - Manage all travel, accommodation, transfers and restaurant/ venue bookings - Liaising with both local and international Louis Vuitton and LVMH offices as required - Minute/recording all Senior Leadership Team meetings and ensure follow up on required actions - Office Management, including supervising and managing the office coordinaor and provide reception relief when necessary - Coordinate office maintenance, conferences and events - Coordinate internal and external meeting rooms and venues

We are searching for a candidate with the following attributes: - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Extensive experience in a Senior PA/EA role, ideally working with a Senior Executive - Previous management experience is highly desirable - Advanced Microsoft Office products knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point - Strong attention to detail - Ability to be agile and deal with ambiguity - A Team player with demonstrated ability to work within an established team - Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating initiative and with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines - Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills - Ability to build and integrity and trust – with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality - Motivated with a positive attitude
