Our menu features a range of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes made with the finest ingredients, including home made pasta and authentic entrees.
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. You will be responsible for designing and preparing a variety of Italian dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of Italian dishes including pasta, pizza, risotto, seafood, and meat dishes. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation. Address any issues promptly to maintain consistent standards.
- Cost Management: Manage food costs and waste to meet budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet and handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
