Blue2 Entertainment which operates as RISQ Small Bar & Lounge Joondalup and The Bulrush Yanchep, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. If you have a passion for cooking and creating across two venues ranging from pub food to tapas style sharing plates, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen daily kitchen operations including rostering, stocktake and ordering.
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment and training.
- Oversee menu development alongside the group operations manager.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness & organization.
- Minimum of Sous Chef or Chef De Partie role held within another venue.
- No sponsorship, sorry.
- Salary package of $90K per year + Super
- Menu creativity and freedom.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
